The theme of this meeting was Seize the Day, Live Up to the Youth, which carefully summarized the achievements and shortcomings of the company in 2019, and outlined the company's work ideas and specific goals for 2020.
At the meeting, the leaders in charge of the company's business and marketing lines, as well as the heads of various departments, reviewed and reported on the completion of important indicators, work highlights, shortcomings, and improvement measures for 2019, as well as the work ideas and specific plans for 2020.
After listening carefully to the reports from various departments, Chairman Yang Guojiang made a concluding speech. Yang DongMr. Yang fully affirmed the work of various departments in the past year and expressed gratitude to all cadresleaders and employees for their efforts and dedication to the company. Yang DongMr. Yang also clearly pointed out the shortcomings and problems in the company's balanced business development, improvement of research and development capabilities, optimization of production capacity allocation, and construction of the quality control system.
