Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance and the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology jointly issued a notice on the issuance of the first batch of special funds for the 2020 provincial key research and development plan (industry foresight and key core technologies). The Key Technology Research on Low Power, High Reliability Superjunction MOS Devices project of Jiangsu Changjing was successfully included in the program.
