Jiangsu Changjing Technology Co., Ltd.'s 2021 Online "Cloud" Annual Meeting was successfully held on January 28th! Chairman Yang Guojiang of the company summarized the overall business development of Changjing in 2020. Despite being affected by the pandemic and the trade dispute between China and the United States, the company has made breakthroughs in both market expansion and core technology research and development, fully achieving its established business goals. At the meeting, the company held the 2020 Advanced Commendation Ceremony and awarded the "Best Team Award" to seven departments including the Shenzhen Crystal oscillator department; Confer the "Outstanding Employee Award" to fifteen first-class employees, including Xu Chen; Eight individuals including Zhou Lihai were awarded the title of "Sales Model"; six individuals including Wang Junjie were awarded the "Advanced Management Award"; Yang Chengping, Chen Yizhong, and Fan Yu were awarded the "General Manager Special Award"; and the high-level enterprise team was awarded the "General Manager Special Team Award". The company leaders awarded certificates and bonuses to the award-winning teams and individuals.
At the meeting, Chairman Yang Guojiang and department heads respectively signed the 2021 target responsibility letter, clarifying the work tasks and assessment goals for the new year.
