On April 7-8, 2021, the 2021 Annual Agent Conference of Jiangsu Changjing Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully held in Wuxi, Jiangsu.

The meeting was chaired by Vice General Manager Yang Chengping of the company. Vice General Manager Yang comprehensively summarized the development and sales completion of the company's agent channel business in 2020, and outlined plans for agent work for 2021. At the meeting, the heads of various market related departments and the automotive electronics division of the company gave comprehensive introductions and explanations to all agents on the overall product planning and automotive electronics product line layout of the company.

Chairman Yang Guojiang attended the meeting and delivered a keynote speech, comprehensively summarizing the business development of Changjing Technology since its establishment. He particularly emphasized the work and achievements of Changjing in steadily increasing research and development investment, optimizing industrial structure, improving quality control capabilities, and deeply integrating industrial chain resources. And a special introduction was given on the industrial layout of automotive electronics and third-generation semiconductors, as well as the progress of the construction of packaging and testing bases. In response to the current shortage of production capacity, Director Yang addressed the issue directly and objectively analyzed the root cause of the shortage to the agents. He focused on introducing the company's ideas and measures to solve the supply chain problems in chip and packaging, greatly enhancing the confidence and determination of the agents and the company to overcome difficulties and develop together.

At the meeting, the 2020 Outstanding Agent Award Ceremony was also held, where company leaders presented certificates and prizes to the representatives of the newly selected 2020 Gold Agent Award, Maximum Progress Award, and New Product Promotion Award winning agents.
